  • Cucumber 50gm
  • Spinach 100gm
  • Celery stalks 50gm
  • Fennel 1/2tsp
  • Ginger 1/2tsp
  • Mint leaves 1tsp
  • Lettuce leaves 50gm
  • Green Apple 100gm
  • Black pepper 1/4tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice 1tsp

  1. Rinse cucumber, spinach, celery stalks, fennel, ginger, lettuce and apple.
  2. Peel carrots and ginger. Remove stem and core apples.
  3. Roll leafy ingredients to form a ball so it’s easier to push them into the juicer.
  4. Slice fruit and vegetables as needed to fit into the juicer.
  5. Start juicing one ingredient at a time in no particular order.
  6. Sieve them if need.
  7. Mix black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
  8. Serve fresh and chilled.
